Bunjee X-Pro Warranty

Your Bunjee X-Pro purchases are always covered under the Bunjee Original Guarantee. In addition, Bunjee X-Pro products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year when the warranty is registered within 30 days from the date of invoice to the original purchaser. Registration is required in order for us to activate your warranty. (Register My Bunjee X-Pro now) Registration may be completed online or by mailing to us the completed registration card issued with the product. Please be sure to keep your proof of purchase on file. Warranty claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase. All information submitted for a warranty claim is subject to verification.

This warranty does not apply to other Bunjee cue sport products.

If during the warranty period the Bunjee X-Pro product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at the facilities of Bunjee CueSports Pro Shop. However, Bunjee Cue Sports Group reserves the right to refund the purchase price if the replacement or repair is not commercially practical or timely. Parts not manufactured by Bunjee CueSports carry only the warranty of their manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage caused in transit; damage caused by misuse, neglect or carelessness; or damage resulting from either improper servicing or modification by someone other than a licensed Bunjee CueSports service provider. Further, this warranty does not cover any routine maintenance work that is reasonably expected to be performed by the purchaser. No responsibility is assumed due to environmental conditions such as dust, corrosive chemicals, deposition or oil or other foreign matter, spillage or other conditions beyond the control of Bunjee Cue Sports Group. No responsibility is assumed for unsatisfactory performance or warpage due to environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, direct sunlight or other conditions beyond the control of Bunjee Cue Sports Group.

Except as stated herein, Bunjee Cue Sports Group makes no other warranties, expressed or implied by law, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Further, Bunjee Cue Sports Group shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages.
