Bunjee Product Warranty Statement

At Bunjee CueSports we believe high quality standards beat the cheaper products hands down. Our products have set the benchmarks for performance, quality and value with each and every product we've designed. We want NO DOUBTS regarding the performance and quality of our cue sport equipment. That's why we strive to use only the finest quality materials and workmanship available. We are certain that, if we didn't, the bitterness of the poor quality would linger long after the cheaper price is forgotten.

When you purchase Bunjee cue sport equipment, we're confident you'll see the QUALITY, DURABILITY, and WORKMANSHIP that make them the best. We enjoy a very low defect rate with our products because our rigid quality control proceedures are implemented to insure that you receive products free from manufacturing defects. However, nobody is 100% pefect. Despite our very best efforts we can sometimes miss a shot.

Here at Bunjee CueSports we've developed Guarantee and Warranty Policies so you'll feel totally comfortable about purchasing our products. You'll be happy to know that your Bunjee purchases are virtually risk-free.

Bunjee Original Guarantee

We ask our licensed distributors and dealers to offer Bunjee products with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. Our guarantee is that Bunjee cues are free from manufacturing defects (such as cracks, crooked joints, or loose ferrules) and that they are straight when we or any of our licensed dealers ship them. We do not warranty cues against “warpage” due to unpredictable environmental exposure, however, you may return an item within the 30-day period for any reason of dissatisfaction to the place of purchase.

Please feel free to keep and inspect your BUNJEE product for a period of at least 21 days. If you find a defect in one of our cues, please do not use the cue or chalk its tip. Using the cue or chalking the tip may void the 30-day guarantee. When purchased from a licensed Bunjee dealer and found to be defective, return the item within 30 days to the place of purchase (postage prepaid, with copy of proof of purchase) for a full refund (plus return shipping) or eqivelent replacement item (less new shipping). We will also repair or replace our products for up to 12 months at our discretion.

Please note: While Bunjee products can be purchased from both licensed and unlicensed retailers, the Bunjee Original Guarantee is applicable only when our products are purchased from a duly licensed or registered Bunjee dealer. In the event a Bunjee product is found to be defective after purchasing it from an unlicensed or unregistered retailer, the 30-day guarantee will not apply.
